农村留守儿童心理健康教育策略研究



摘  要:随着我国城镇化进程的加快,农村留守儿童数量持续增加,其心理健康问题日益凸显,成为社会广泛关注的重要议题本研究旨在探讨农村留守儿童心理健康教育的有效策略,以促进其心理健康发展研究采用问卷调查与深度访谈相结合的方法,选取了五个省份的1200名留守儿童及其监护人作为研究对象,系统分析了留守儿童的心理健康现状及其影响因素研究发现,留守儿童普遍存在情感缺失、社交障碍和自我认同感低等问题,而家庭支持、学校干预和社会关注是改善其心理健康状况的关键因素基于此,本研究提出构建家校社协同育人的心理健康教育模式,强调个性化心理辅导和情感支持的重要性该模式不仅弥补了传统心理健康教育中单一主体的不足,还为农村地区心理健康教育体系的完善提供了新思路研究成果对提升农村留守儿童心理健康水平具有重要实践意义,并为相关政策制定者和教育工作者提供了理论参考与实践指导

Research on Mental Health Education Strategies for Left-Behind Children in Rural Areas

Abstract:With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the number of left-behind children in rural areas has continued to increase, and their mental health issues have become increasingly prominent, drawing significant attention from society. This study aims to explore effective strategies for mental health education among rural left-behind children to promote their psychological well-being. By combining questionnaire surveys with in-depth interviews, the research selected 1,200 left-behind children and their caregivers from five provinces, systematically analyzing the current state of mental health among left-behind children and its influencing factors. The findings indicate that left-behind children commonly experience emotional deprivation, social interaction difficulties, and low self-identity. Family support, school intervention, and societal concern are identified as critical factors in improving their mental health conditions. Based on these insights, this study proposes a collaborative mental health education model involving families, schools, and communities, emphasizing the importance of personalized psychological counseling and emotional support. This model not only addresses the limitations of traditional mental health education, which often relies on a single entity, but also offers new perspectives for enhancing the mental health education system in rural areas. The research outcomes hold important practical implications for improving the mental health of rural left-behind children and provide theoretical references and practical guidance for policymakers and educators.
