摘 要
艺术教育作为培养学生综合素质的重要组成部分,其定义涵盖了通过艺术手段促进学生全面发展的一系列教育活动。艺术教育的特点在于其强调实践性、创新性和个性化,旨在通过丰富多样的艺术形式,激发学生的内在潜能。然而,艺术教育的资源配置,特别是农村小学的艺术教育资源,仍存在诸多问题。农村小学由于教育经费投入不足,导致师资力量薄弱,教学资源匮乏,教辅材料短缺,专业艺术教学软件缺失,加之教育观念相对落后,使得艺术教育在农村小学中难以得到有效实施。这些问题严重制约了学生创造力、想象力和审美能力的提升,也影响了学生的情感表达和情绪管理能力的发展。为了优化农村小学艺术教育资源,提升艺术教育质量,可以采取一系列对策。通过开展跨学科活动,将艺术教育与其他学科相融合,拓宽学生的艺术视野;加强教师培训,提升教师的艺术素养和教学能力;完善教学设施,为学生提供更好的艺术学习环境;编制适用的教辅材料,引入先进的艺术教学软件,丰富教学内容和形式;同时,树立先进的教育理念,重视艺术教育在学生全面发展中的作用,为农村小学艺术教育的持续发展奠定坚实基础。通过这些措施,可以有效缓解农村小学艺术教育资源匮乏的问题,促进学生的全面发展。

Abstract
As an important part of cultivating students 'comprehensive quality, the definition of art education covers a series of educational activities to promote students' all-round development through artistic means. The characteristic of art education lies in its emphasis on practice, innovation and individuation, aiming to stimulate students' inner potential through rich and diverse art forms. However, there are still many problems in the allocation of art education resources, especially those in rural primary schools. Due to the lack of investment in education in rural primary schools, the weak teachers, teaching resources, teaching materials, the lack of professional art teaching software, and the relatively backward educational concept, make it difficult to effectively implement art education in rural primary schools. These problems seriously restrict the improvement of students 'creativity, imagination and aesthetic ability, and also affect the development of students' emotional ex pression and emotional management ability. In order to optimize the art education resources of rural primary schools and improve the quality of art education, a series of countermeasures can be taken. Through interdisciplinary activities, integrate art education with other disciplines, broaden students' art vision; strengthen teacher training and improve their artistic accomplishment and teaching ability; improve teaching facilities and provide better art learning environment for students, prepare applicable teaching materials, introduce advanced art teaching software and enrich, establish advanced educational concepts, pay attention to the role of art education in the overall development of students, and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of art education in rural primary schools. Through these measures, we can effectively alleviate the lack of art education resources in rural primary schools and promote the all-round development of students.
