摘 要:随着乡村振兴战略的深入推进,农村幼儿园教师的专业发展成为提升学前教育质量的关键环节。本研究旨在探讨农村幼儿园教师专业培训的需求特征及模式创新路径,以满足其职业发展需求并促进教育公平。通过问卷调查与深度访谈相结合的方法,对300名农村幼儿园教师进行数据采集,并结合文献分析法梳理国内外相关研究成果。研究发现,农村幼儿园教师在教学技能、课程设计和心理健康等方面存在显著的培训需求,但受限于资源匮乏和传统培训模式单一,其需求难以得到有效满足。为此,本研究提出基于“线上线下融合+区域协作”的创新培训模式,强调因地制宜与个性化支持。该模式不仅能够突破地域限制,还能有效整合优质教育资源,为农村教师提供更具针对性和实效性的专业发展机会。本研究的创新点在于将技术赋能与区域协作相结合,为农村幼儿园教师培训提供了可操作性强的实践框架,对推动农村学前教育高质量发展具有重要参考价值。

Professional Training Needs and Model Innovation for Rural Kindergarten Teachers

Abstract:With the deepening implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, the professional development of rural kindergarten teachers has become a critical factor in enhancing the quality of early childhood education. This study aims to explore the demand characteristics and innovative pathways for professional training of rural kindergarten teachers to meet their career development needs and promote educational equity. By employing a combination of questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews, data were collected from 300 rural kindergarten teachers, supplemented by a literature analysis of domestic and international research findings. The results indicate that rural kindergarten teachers have significant training needs in teaching skills, curriculum design, and mental health, yet these needs remain largely unmet due to resource scarcity and the limitations of traditional single-mode training approaches. In response, this study proposes an innovative training model based on the integration of online and offline methods combined with regional collaboration, emphasizing location-specific strategies and personalized support. This model not only overcomes geographical constraints but also effectively aggregates high-quality educational resources, providing rural teachers with more targeted and practical professional development opportunities. The innovation of this study lies in its combination of technology empowerment and regional collaboration, offering a highly operational practical fr amework for the training of rural kindergarten teachers, which holds important reference value for promoting high-quality development in rural early childhood education.
