摘 要:民族地区双语教育作为促进文化传承与社会融合的重要手段,近年来受到广泛关注。本研究基于我国民族地区的教育现状,探讨双语教育在实施过程中面临的挑战,并提出针对性的解决策略。通过文献分析与实地调研相结合的方法,研究深入考察了语言资源匮乏、师资力量不足以及文化认同冲突等关键问题。研究结果表明,双语教育的有效推进需要兼顾语言习得效率与民族文化保护,同时应充分利用现代信息技术优化教学模式。本研究创新性地提出了“文化嵌入式”双语教学框架,强调将民族语言和文化元素融入课程设计,以增强学生的学习动力与文化认同感。此外,研究还建议构建区域协作机制,促进优质教育资源的共享与均衡分配。总体而言,本研究为民族地区双语教育的可持续发展提供了理论支持与实践指导,对相关政策制定具有重要参考价值。

Challenges and Strategies in Bilingual Education in Ethnic Regions

Abstract:Bilingual education in ethnic regions serves as a crucial means to promote cultural inheritance and social integration, drawing significant attention in recent years. Based on the current state of education in China's ethnic regions, this study investigates the challenges encountered in the implementation of bilingual education and proposes targeted solutions. By employing a combination of literature analysis and field research, the study delves into key issues such as insufficient language resources, inadequate teaching staff, and conflicts of cultural identity. The findings indicate that the effective advancement of bilingual education requires balancing language acquisition efficiency with the preservation of ethnic culture while fully utilizing modern information technology to optimize teaching models. This study innovatively introduces a "culture-embedded" bilingual teaching fr amework, emphasizing the integration of ethnic languages and cultural elements into curriculum design to enhance students' learning motivation and cultural identification. Furthermore, it is recommended to establish regional cooperation mechanisms to facilitate the sharing and equitable distribution of high-quality educational resources. Overall, this research provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of bilingual education in ethnic regions, offering important references for relevant policy formulation.
