高中学生生涯规划教育的现状与对策研究


摘  要:随着社会经济的快速发展和教育改革的深入推进,高中学生生涯规划教育逐渐成为研究热点,但其实施现状仍面临诸多挑战。本研究旨在探讨当前高中学生生涯规划教育的现状、问题及改进对策,以期为相关教育实践提供理论支持与实践指导。研究采用问卷调查法、访谈法和案例分析法,对全国范围内多所高中的教师与学生展开调研,深入剖析生涯规划教育在课程设置、师资力量、教学方法及评价机制等方面的现状与不足。结果显示,多数学校已初步开展生涯规划教育,但在内容体系化、师资专业化及资源保障方面存在明显短板。本研究创新性地提出构建“学校—家庭—社会”三位一体的协同育人模式,并设计了基于学生发展核心素养的生涯规划课程框架,强调个性化指导与多元化评价相结合。研究结论表明,强化生涯规划教育需从政策支持、师资培训及资源整合等多维度入手,从而全面提升高中生的自我认知能力和未来发展规划水平,为学生的终身发展奠定坚实基础。

A Study on the Current Status and Countermeasures of Career Planning Education for High School Students

Abstract:With the rapid development of socioeconomics and the deepening of educational reform, career planning education for high school students has gradually become a research hotspot, yet its implementation still faces numerous challenges. This study aims to explore the current status, issues, and improvement strategies regarding career planning education for high school students, thereby providing theoretical support and practical guidance for relevant educational practices. By employing questionnaire surveys, interviews, and case analysis, this research investigates teachers and students across multiple high schools nationwide, conducting an in-depth analysis of the current state and deficiencies of career planning education in terms of curriculum design, teaching staff capabilities, instructional methods, and evaluation mechanisms. The findings indicate that most schools have preliminarily implemented career planning education; however, significant shortcomings exist in content systematization, teacher specialization, and resource assurance. Innovatively, this study proposes constructing a tripartite collaborative education model involving "school-family-society" and designing a career planning curriculum fr amework based on students' core competencies for development, emphasizing the combination of personalized guidance and diversified evaluations. The conclusions suggest that enhancing career planning education requires a multidimensional approach, including policy support, teacher training, and resource integration, to comprehensively improve high school students' self-awareness and future planning abilities, thereby laying a solid foundation for their lifelong development.
