高中生涯教育课程中领导力培养的实践探索



摘  要:随着社会对复合型人才需求的增加,高中生涯教育课程中融入领导力培养成为教育领域的新兴研究方向。本研究旨在探索如何通过系统化的课程设计与实践,在高中生群体中有效培养领导力素养。研究采用行动研究法,结合问卷调查、深度访谈和案例分析等多元方法,选取某重点高中作为实验基地,历时一年实施了包含目标设定、团队协作、决策能力及沟通技巧等内容的综合课程体系。结果显示,参与学生在自信心、责任感、问题解决能力和团队领导意识等方面均有显著提升,且其学业表现与人际关系处理能力也得到正向促进。本研究创新性地提出“情境—体验—反思”三位一体的领导力培养模式,强调以学生为中心的主动学习过程,并将领导力发展与生涯规划有机结合,为高中阶段综合素质教育提供了新思路和实证依据。研究成果不仅验证了领导力培养在中学教育中的可行性和有效性,还为相关课程的设计与推广奠定了理论与实践基础。

Practical Exploration of Leadership Development in High School Career Education Curriculum

Abstract:With the increasing demand for versatile talents in society, integrating leadership development into high school career education has emerged as a novel research direction in the field of education. This study aims to explore how systematic course design and practice can effectively cultivate leadership competencies among high school students. Employing action research methodology combined with diverse approaches such as questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, and case analysis, this study selected a key high school as the experimental site and implemented an integrated curriculum system over one year. The curriculum encompassed elements such as goal setting, team collaboration, decision-making skills, and communication techniques. Results indicate that participating students demonstrated significant improvements in confidence, responsibility, problem-solving abilities, and team leadership awareness, along with positive enhancements in academic performance and interpersonal relationship management. Innovatively, this study proposes a "context-experience-reflection" triadic model for leadership development, emphasizing student-centered active learning processes and integrating leadership growth with career planning. This approach provides new insights and empirical evidence for comprehensive quality education during the high school years. The findings not only validate the feasibility and effectiveness of leadership cultivation in secondary education but also establish theoretical and practical foundations for the design and promotion of related courses.
