高职院校产教融合模式创新与实践探索


摘  要:随着我国职业教育改革的深入推进,高职院校在产教融合领域的探索日益受到关注。本研究以提升高职教育质量与服务区域经济能力为目标,系统分析了当前产教融合模式存在的问题,并提出基于“双主体”协同育人的创新实践框架。通过问卷调查、案例分析与深度访谈相结合的研究方法,选取典型高职院校为样本,探讨了校企合作机制优化、课程体系重构以及师资队伍建设等关键环节。研究发现,构建以产业需求为导向的动态调整机制能够显著增强人才培养的适配性,而“项目化教学+企业实践”的深度融合模式则有效提升了学生的就业竞争力。本研究的主要贡献在于提出了“产教共同体”理念,强调利益相关方的深度参与和资源共享,为高职院校产教融合提供了可复制的经验范式,对推动职业教育高质量发展具有重要参考价值。

Innovation and Practical Exploration of Industry-Education Integration Model in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract:With the deepening of vocational education reform in China, the exploration of integrating industry and education in higher vocational colleges has attracted increasing attention. This study aims to enhance the quality of higher vocational education and its capacity to serve regional economies by systematically analyzing existing problems in current models of industry-education integration and proposing an innovative practice fr amework based on dual-subject collaborative talent cultivation. Through a combination of questionnaire surveys, case studies, and in-depth interviews, typical higher vocational colleges were selected as samples to explore key aspects such as optimizing school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms, reconstructing curriculum systems, and strengthening faculty development. The findings indicate that constructing a dynamic adjustment mechanism oriented toward industrial demands can significantly improve the alignment of talent cultivation, while the deep integration model of "project-based teaching + enterprise practice" effectively enhances students' employability competitiveness. The primary contribution of this study lies in the proposal of the "industry-education community" concept, which emphasizes deep participation and resource sharing among stakeholders, providing replicable experience paradigms for industry-education integration in higher vocational colleges and offering important reference value for promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.
