摘 要
随着我国老龄化程度不断加深，社区老年人社会参与成为提升老年生活质量、促进社会和谐发展的重要议题。本研究基于社会工作视角，旨在探索有效促进社区老年人社会参与的策略，通过文献分析与实地调研相结合的方法，选取典型社区作为研究对象，深入了解老年人社会参与现状及其影响因素。研究发现，当前社区老年人社会参与存在参与度不高、参与渠道有限等问题，主要受制于健康状况、家庭支持、社区资源及社会观念等多方面因素。创新性地提出构建多元化社会支持网络，整合家庭、社区和社会三方资源，形成协同机制；开发适合老年人特点的参与项目，如文化娱乐、志愿服务等，满足不同层次需求；加强老年教育，提升其适应现代社会的能力；优化社区环境建设，打造无障碍、适老化的物理空间。

Abstract
With the deepening of aging in China, the social participation of the elderly in communities has become an important issue to improve the quality of life of the elderly and promote the harmonious development of society. Based on the perspective of social work, this study aims to explore strategies to effectively promote the social participation of the elderly in the community. Through the method of combining literature analysis and field research, typical communities are selected as the research ob ject to deeply understand the status quo of the social participation of the elderly and its influencing factors. The study found that there are some problems in the community social participation and limited participation channels, which are mainly subject to various factors such as health status, family support, community resources and social concepts. It innovatively proposes to build a diversified social support network, integrate the resources of family, community and society, and form a coordination mechanism; develop the participation projects suitable for the characteristics of the elderly, such as cultural entertainment and volunteer service, to meet the needs of different levels; strengthen the education for the elderly, enhance their ability to adapt to modern society; optimize the construction of community environment, and create a physical space suitable for aging.

Abstract
