文化差异对社会工作专业关系中权力互动的影响研究




摘    要


  在全球化背景下,不同文化背景下的个体互动日益频繁,社会工作作为跨文化服务的重要领域,面临着文化差异带来的诸多挑战。本研究旨在探讨文化差异对社会工作专业关系中权力互动的影响,深入剖析文化因素在专业关系构建中的作用机制。文化差异显著影响社会工作者与服务对象之间的信任建立、沟通模式及决策过程,具体表现为文化价值观的冲突或融合影响着双方的互动方式;来自不同文化背景的服务对象对权力的认知存在明显差异,这种差异进一步塑造了专业关系中的权力结构。创新之处在于首次系统地将文化维度纳入社会工作专业关系的权力分析框架,并提出“文化适应性权力互动模型”,为提升跨文化社会工作的实践效果提供了理论依据和操作指南。此外,本研究还揭示了文化资本在权力互动中的重要作用,丰富了社会工作领域的相关理论体系。

Abstract

  In the context of globalization, individuals with different cultural backgrounds interact more and more frequently. Social work, as an important field of cross-cultural services, faces many challenges brought by cultural differences. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of cultural differences on power interaction in social work professional relations, and to deeply analyze the mechanism of cultural factors in the construction of professional relations. Cultural differences significantly affect the establishment of trust, communication mode and decision-making process between social workers and their clients. Specifically, the conflict or integration of cultural values affects the interaction between the two parties. There are obvious differences in the cognition of power among service clients from different cultural backgrounds, which further shapes the power structure in professional relationships. The innovation lies in the systematic incorporation of cultural dimension into the power analysis fr amework of social work professional relations for the first time, and the proposed "cultural adaptive power interaction model", which provides a theoretical basis and operational guide for improving the practical effect of cross-cultural social work. In addition, this study also reveals the important role of cultural capital in power interaction, which enriches the relevant theoretical system in the field of social work.
