社会工作伦理理论的困境与发展路径研究 -社会工作专业

摘要

社会工作伦理理论作为指导社会工作实践的重要依据，在现代社会发展中面临诸多困境，随着社会结构转型、价值观念多元化以及服务对象需求复杂化，传统伦理理论在适应性方面显现出不足。本研究旨在深入剖析社会工作伦理理论面临的困境并探索其发展路径，以期为社会工作伦理理论的完善提供参考。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理，从理论层面探讨了社会工作伦理理论在现代社会背景下面临的挑战，如伦理原则冲突、文化差异影响等，并指出当前理论存在缺乏本土化考量、对新兴问题回应滞后等问题。在此基础上，提出社会工作伦理理论的发展路径应注重融合多元文化价值观，加强本土化研究，构建动态调整机制以应对不断变化的社会环境，同时强调跨学科合作的重要性。这一研究不仅有助于丰富社会工作伦理理论体系，还为解决实际工作中遇到的伦理难题提供了新的思路与方法，具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。

Abstract

As an important basis to guide the practice of social work, the theory of social work ethics is faced with many difficulties in the development of modern society. With the transformation of social structure, the diversification of values and the complexity of the needs of service ob jects, the traditional theory of ethics has shown deficiencies in adaptability. The purpose of this study is to deeply analyze the dilemma of social work ethics theory and explore its development path, in order to provide reference for the improvement of social work ethics theory. Based on the systematic review of relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper theoretically discusses the challenges faced by social work ethics theories in the context of modern society, such as the conflict of ethical principles, the impact of cultural differences, etc., and points out that the current theories lack localization consideration and lag in responding to emerging issues. On this basis, it is proposed that the development path of social work ethics theory should focus on the integration of multicultural values, strengthen localization research, build a dynamic adjustment mechanism to cope with the changing social environment, and emphasize the importance of interdisciplinary cooperation. This research not only helps to enrich the theoretical system of social work ethics, but also provides new ideas and methods for solving ethical problems encountered in practical work, which has important theoretical significance and practical value.
