摘要

社会支持网络理论在社会工作中的应用与拓展研究聚焦于现代社会中个体面临的复杂社会问题，随着社会发展加速及人口结构变化，传统家庭和社区支持功能弱化，亟需构建系统化的社会支持体系。本研究旨在探讨社会支持网络理论在社会工作实践中的应用路径及其创新模式，深入剖析不同类型社会支持网络的运作机制。社会支持网络不仅涵盖正式机构的支持，更强调非正式关系网络的重要性，特别是邻里互助、志愿者服务等多元主体参与的社会资源整合方式。通过对多个典型案例如空巢老人关怀项目、青少年成长辅导计划等进行分析，揭示了社会支持网络在提升服务对象生活质量、促进社会融合方面的显著效果。本研究创新性地提出了“三维一体”社会支持网络模型，即以政府为主导、社会组织为桥梁、社区居民为基础，形成多层次、多维度的社会支持体系，为社会工作实务提供了新的理论框架和操作指南，丰富了社会支持网络理论内涵，为推动我国社会工作专业化发展提供了重要参考依据。

Abstract

Research on the application and expansion of social support network theory in social work focuses on the complex social problems faced by individuals in modern society. With the acceleration of social development and the change of population structure, the support functions of traditional families and communities are weakened, and it is urgent to build a systematic social support system. The purpose of this study is to explore the application path and innovation model of social support network theory in social work practice, and deeply analyze the operation mechanism of different types of social support network. Social support network not only covers the support of formal institutions, but also emphasizes the importance of informal relationship network, especially the integration of social resources involving multiple subjects such as neighborly mutual assistance and volunteer service. Through the analysis of several typical cases, such as the empty-nester care project and the youth growth counseling program, the remarkable effect of social support network on improving the quality of life of the service ob jects and promoting social integration is revealed. This research innovatively proposes a "three-dimensional integrated" social support network model, which forms a multi-level and multi-dimensional social support system with the government as the leading role, social organizations as the bridge and community residents as the basis, providing a new theoretical fr amework and operational guidelines for social work practice and enriching the theoretical connotation of social support network. It provides an important reference basis for promoting the development of professionalization of social work in our country.
