摘 要
随着社会多元化发展，特殊群体的服务需求日益复杂多样，传统服务模式面临诸多挑战。本研究聚焦于小组工作方法在特殊群体服务中的创新应用，旨在探索如何通过优化小组工作模式提升服务效果。基于优势视角和增能理念构建的小组工作模式能够有效促进特殊群体的社会融入和个人成长，如为精神障碍康复者设计的“同伴支持”小组，不仅改善了成员的心理状态，还增强了其社交技能；针对留守儿童建立的兴趣培养小组，显著提升了他们的自信心和学习动力；面向老年痴呆症患者的认知训练小组，则有效延缓了病情发展。本研究创新性地将现代心理学理论与本土文化特色相融合，提出了具有可操作性的小组工作方案，为特殊群体服务提供了新思路，丰富了社会工作理论体系，对推动我国社会工作专业化发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the development of social diversification, the service needs of special groups are increasingly complex and diverse, and the traditional service model is facing many challenges. This study focuses on the innovative application of group work method in special group service, aiming to explore how to improve service effect by optimizing group work mode. The group work mode based on the strength perspective and empowerment concept can effectively promote the social integration and personal growth of special groups. For example, the "peer support" group designed for people recovering from mental disorders not only improves their psychological state, but also enhances their social skills. Interest groups for left-behind children have significantly improved their self-confidence and motivation to learn; Cognitive training groups for Alzheimer's patients effectively delayed the progression of the disease. The study innovatively integrated modern psychology theory with local cultural characteristics, proposed an operable group work program, provided new ideas for serving special groups, enriched the system of social work theory, and was of great significance for promoting the development of professionalization of social work in our country.
