摘 要
随着社会经济快速发展,社区青少年面临日益复杂的生涯选择挑战,传统的学校教育难以满足其个性化发展需求。本研究旨在探讨社会工作在社区青少年生涯规划教育中的应用模式与效果,通过文献分析、问卷调查和案例研究相结合的方法,选取某市三个典型社区作为样本,对300名12 - 18岁青少年及其家长进行调研。研究发现,社会工作者能够凭借专业优势,整合社区内外资源,为青少年提供个性化的生涯辅导服务。具体表现为:建立多元主体参与的生涯教育支持体系,开发适合不同年龄段的生涯课程,运用个案管理、小组活动等专业手法提升青少年自我认知能力和社会适应能力。创新之处在于构建了“社工 + 学校 + 家庭 + 社区”四位一体的生涯教育网络,突破传统单向灌输式教育模式,强调体验式学习和实践导向。

Abstract
With the rapid development of social economy, the community teenagers are facing increasingly complex career selection challenges, and the traditional school education is difficult to meet their personalized development needs. The purpose of this study is to explore the application mode and effect of social work in community youth career planning education. Through the combination of literature analysis, questionnaire survey and case study, 3 typical communities in a city were selected as samples to investigate 300 teenagers aged 12-18 and their parents. The study found that social workers can integrate resources inside and outside the community to provide personalized career counseling services for teenagers. Specifically, it is manifested as establishing a career education support system with the participation of multiple subjects, developing career courses suitable for different ages, and using professional methods such as case management and group activities to improve teenagers' self-cognition ability and social adaptability. The innovation lies in the construction of a four-in-one career education network of "social worker + school + family + community", which breaks through the traditional one-way indoctrination education mode and emphasizes experiential learning and practice orientation.
