摘 要
随着我国城市化进程的快速推进,大量农村人口涌入城市,其子女即流动儿童也随之进入城市生活学习,他们面临着诸多社会融入问题。本研究旨在深入探讨城市流动儿童在社会融入方面存在的问题并提出有效的社会工作介入策略。通过对多个城市的流动儿童及其家庭进行问卷调查与深度访谈相结合的方法收集数据,分析发现流动儿童在教育、社交、文化适应等方面存在不同程度的障碍,如教育资源不均衡导致学业压力大,社交圈子狭窄难以融入本地儿童群体等。基于此,创新性地构建了涵盖环境支持、能力提升、心理辅导三个维度的社会工作介入模式,强调从个体、家庭、学校和社会多层面协同发力。

Abstract
With the rapid advancement of China's urbanization process, a large number of rural people pour into cities, and their children, namely migrant children, also enter urban life and study. They are faced with many problems of social integration. This study aims to deeply explore the problems in social integration of urban migrant children and propose effective social work intervention strategies. Through the flow of children and their families questionnaire combined with depth interview method of data collection, analysis found that mobile children in education, social, cultural adaptation has different degree of obstacles, such as unbalanced education resources lead to academic pressure, social circle narrow difficult to integrate into the local children, etc. Based on this, it innovatively constructs a social work intervention model covering three dimensions of environmental support, ability improvement and psychological counseling, emphasizing the coordinated efforts from individual, family, school and society.
