摘 要
青少年犯罪问题一直是社会各界关注的焦点，基于优势视角的青少年犯罪预防社会工作模式为解决这一问题提供了新的思路。本研究旨在探讨基于优势视角的青少年犯罪预防社会工作模式，以期为相关工作提供理论支持与实践指导。通过对国内外相关文献进行系统梳理，发现传统青少年犯罪预防多聚焦于问题和缺陷，而忽视了个体自身的优势资源。基于此，本研究采用质性研究方法，选取多个具有代表性的社区和学校作为研究对象，深入访谈青少年、家长、教师和社会工作者等群体，收集大量一手资料。研究结果表明，基于优势视角的模式能够有效挖掘青少年自身潜力，增强其自我效能感，提高应对挫折的能力，改善家庭关系，优化朋辈环境，从根源上降低青少年犯罪的可能性。

Abstract
The problem of juvenile crime has always been the focus of attention from all sectors of the society. The social work mode of juvenile crime prevention based on the advantageous perspective provides a new idea to solve this problem. This study aims to explore the social work model of juvenile crime prevention based on the superior perspective, in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for related work. Through a systematic review of relevant documents at home and abroad, it is found that the traditional juvenile crime prevention mostly focuses on problems and defects, while ignoring the individual's own superior resources. Based on this, this study uses a qualitative research method, selected several representative communities and schools as research ob jects, in-depth interviews with teenagers, parents, teachers and social workers, to collect a large number of first-hand data. The results show that the model based on the dominant perspective can effectively tap their own potential, enhance their self-efficacy, improve the ability to deal with setbacks, improve family relations, optimize the peer environment, and reduce the possibility of juvenile delinquency from the root.
