摘 要
随着全球化进程的加速,多元文化社区日益增多,不同文化背景居民共处一地,在此背景下开展社会工作面临诸多挑战与机遇,旨在探索多元文化社区社会工作社区组织模式优化路径。本研究基于社会融合、文化适应等理论,以多个典型多元文化社区为案例。研究表明,当前多元文化社区社会工作存在组织架构单一、资源整合不足、文化差异应对能力欠缺等问题。针对上述问题提出构建多元主体参与的扁平化组织架构,整合政府、企业、社会组织等多方资源,建立文化敏感性培训体系等优化路径。创新点在于将社会工作专业理念与多元文化社区特点深度融合,从组织模式层面提供系统解决方案,不仅有助于提升多元文化社区社会工作的有效性,对促进社区和谐稳定发展,推动社会工作本土化进程亦有积极意义。

Abstract
With the acceleration of globalization, there are more and more multicultural communities, and residents with different cultural backgrounds coexist in the same place. Under this background, social work faces many challenges and opportunities. This paper aims to explore the optimization path of social work community organization model in multicultural communities. Based on the theories of social integration and acculturation, this study takes several typical multicultural communities as cases. The research shows that the current social work in multicultural communities has some problems, such as single organizational structure, insufficient integration of resources and lack of coping ability with cultural differences. In response to the above problems, it is proposed to construct a flat organizational structure with the participation of multiple subjects, integrate the resources of the government, enterprises, social organizations and other sources, and establish an optimization path such as cultural sensitivity training system. The innovation point is to deeply integrate the professional concept of social work with the characteristics of multicultural communities, and provide systematic solutions from the organizational model level, which not only helps to improve the effectiveness of social work in multicultural communities, but also has positive significance in promoting the harmonious and stable development of communities and promoting the localization process of social work.
