摘 要
随着社会经济的发展和家庭结构的变化,社区妇女就业面临诸多挑战,如传统性别观念束缚、职业技能缺乏、家庭责任与工作冲突等。本研究旨在探讨社会工作在社区妇女就业支持中的作用与实践,以提升社区妇女的就业能力和社会参与度。通过对某市三个典型社区为期一年的实地调研,采用问卷调查、深度访谈和案例分析相结合的方法,共收集有效样本526份,深入剖析了当前社区妇女就业现状及需求特点。研究发现,社会工作者通过建立就业支持网络、提供职业培训、开展心理辅导等方式,能够有效缓解妇女就业压力,提高其就业竞争力。特别是创新性地引入“弹性就业支持模式”,根据个体差异定制个性化服务方案,在兼顾家庭责任的同时促进妇女灵活就业。

Abstract
With the development of social economy and the change of family structure, the employment of community women faces many challenges, such as the constraints of traditional gender concept, lack of vocational skills, family responsibility and work conflicts, etc. This study aims to explore the role and practice of social work in employment support for women in the community to enhance the employability and social participation of women in the community. Through a one-year field survey in three typical communities in a city, using a combination of questionnaire survey, in-depth interview and case analysis, a total of 526 effective samples were collected, and the current employment status and needs of women in the community were deeply analyzed. The study found that social workers can effectively relieve the employment pressure of women and improve their employment competitiveness by establishing an employment support network, providing vocational training and providing psychological counseling. In particular, it has innovatively introduced the "flexible employment support model", customized personalized service programs according to individual differences, and promoted flexible employment for women while taking into account family responsibilities.
