社会工作在社区矫正中的服务内容与政策保障研究 -社会工作专业

摘要

随着我国社会转型加速，社区矫正作为社会治理创新的重要组成部分，在维护社会稳定、促进罪犯再社会化方面发挥着不可替代的作用。本研究聚焦社会工作在社区矫正中的服务内容与政策保障，旨在探讨如何通过专业化社会工作介入提升社区矫正质量。当前我国社区矫正工作中存在服务内容单一、专业人才匮乏、政策支持不足等问题。基于此，本文提出构建“四位一体”的社区矫正服务体系，涵盖心理辅导、就业援助、家庭关系修复和社会融入支持四个方面，并建议完善相关政策法规，建立多元化的资金投入机制，加强社会工作者队伍建设。该研究首次将社会工作的专业理念和方法系统引入社区矫正领域，为推动我国社区矫正制度创新发展提供了理论依据和实践指导，具有重要的学术价值和现实意义。

Abstract

With the acceleration of social transformation in China, community correction, as an important part of social governance innovation, plays an irreplaceable role in maintaining social stability and promoting the re-socialization of criminals. This study focuses on the service content and policy guarantee of social work in community correction, aiming to explore how to improve the quality of community correction through professional social work intervention. At present, there are some problems in the community correction work in China, such as single service content, lack of professional talents and insufficient policy support. Based on this, this paper proposes to build a "four-in-one" community correction service system, covering four aspects: psychological counseling, employment assistance, family relationship repair and social integration support, and suggests improving relevant policies and regulations, establishing a diversified fund investment mechanism, and strengthening the construction of social workers. For the first time, this study systematically introduced the professional concepts and methods of social work into the field of community correction, providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for promoting the innovation and development of China's community correction system, which has important academic value and practical significance.
