社会工作在儿童福利领域的服务内容研究 -社会工作专业

摘要

随着社会的发展，儿童福利问题日益受到关注，传统儿童福利服务模式面临诸多挑战，如服务内容单一、缺乏个性化等。本研究旨在探讨社会工作在儿童福利领域的服务内容，以期构建更加完善的服务体系。社会工作介入儿童福利领域可从家庭支持、教育辅导、心理干预、权益维护等方面展开多元化服务内容。创新性地提出了基于儿童需求为导向的服务框架，强调将儿童视为独立个体，尊重其成长规律和发展需求。这一框架不仅涵盖了基本生活保障，更注重儿童的心理健康、社交能力培养及未来发展潜力挖掘。研究结果表明，社会工作的专业理念与方法能够有效弥补传统儿童福利服务的不足，为提升儿童福利服务水平提供了新思路。主要贡献在于为政策制定者、实务工作者提供理论依据与实践参考，推动儿童福利服务向专业化、人性化方向发展，促进儿童健康成长和社会和谐稳定。

Abstract

With the development of society, the problem of children's welfare has attracted more and more attention, and the traditional model of children's welfare service is faced with many challenges, such as single service content and lack of individuation. The purpose of this study is to explore the service content of social work in the field of child welfare, in order to build a more perfect service system. Social work intervention in the field of children's welfare can carry out diversified services from family support, educational counseling, psychological intervention, rights and interests protection. It innovatively puts forward a service fr amework based on children's needs, emphasizing that children are regarded as independent individuals and respecting their growth rules and development needs. This fr amework not only covers the basic living security, but also pays more attention to children's mental health, social ability training and future development potential. The results show that the professional concepts and methods of social work can effectively make up for the shortcomings of traditional child welfare services, and provide a new way to improve the level of child welfare services. The main contribution is to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for policy makers and practitioners, promote the development of child welfare services in a professional and humanized direction, and promote the healthy growth of children and social harmony and stability.
