不同地域文化下残障人士社会工作康复模式的整合策略 -社会工作专业

摘要

随着全球化进程的加快，不同地域文化背景下残障人士社会工作康复模式呈现出多样化特征，为实现更有效的康复效果，本研究聚焦于不同地域文化下残障人士社会工作康复模式的整合策略。各地区在政策支持、社区参与、家庭角色等方面存在显著差异，这些差异既带来挑战也蕴含机遇。通过构建跨文化比较框架，提出以需求为导向、尊重地域文化特色、强化多方协作的整合路径，创新性地引入了文化适应性评估工具，为制定个性化康复方案提供科学依据。此研究不仅填补了关于多元文化背景下残障人士康复模式整合研究领域的部分空白，还为政策制定者、社会工作者及相关从业人员提供了理论指导与实践参考，有助于提升残障人士的生活质量和社会融入度，推动形成包容、和谐的社会环境。

Abstract

With the acceleration of globalization, social work rehabilitation models for people with disabilities in different regional cultural backgrounds show diversified characteristics. In order to achieve more effective rehabilitation effects, this study focuses on the integration strategy of social work rehabilitation models for people with disabilities in different regional cultures. There are significant regional differences in policy support, community participation, and family roles, which bring both challenges and opportunities. Through the construction of cross-cultural comparison fr amework, the integration path of demand-oriented, respecting regional cultural characteristics and strengthening multi-party cooperation is proposed, and cultural adaptability assessment tools are innovatively introduced to provide scientific basis for the development of personalized rehabilitation programs. This study not only fills part of the gap in the research on the integration of rehabilitation models for people with disabilities in multicultural backgrounds, but also provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for policy makers, social workers and related practitioners, which helps to improve the quality of life and social integration of people with disabilities, and promote the formation of an inclusive and harmonious social environment.
