Abstract
Tumor is a serious threat to human health, and the traditional treatment methods have problems such as large individual differences and unstable curative effect. Gene sequencing technology can reveal the mechanism of tumor development and development from the molecular level and provide the basis for individualized treatment. This study aims to investigate the future application of gene sequencing technology in individualized treatment of tumors. By collecting samples from patients with different types of tumors, their genetic mutations were detected using high-throughput gene sequencing technology and comprehensively analyzed together with clinical information. The results show that gene sequencing can accurately identify tumor driver genes and drug resistance-related gene variation, and provide an important reference for formulating personalized drug use regimen.
