摘 要
随着社会的发展，残疾人社会融入问题日益受到关注。本研究旨在探讨社会工作对残疾人社会融入的促进作用，基于社会融合理论与优势视角理论，通过文献分析、问卷调查和案例研究相结合的方法，选取了不同地区具有代表性的残疾人及其家庭作为研究对象，共发放问卷1200份，有效回收1080份，并深入访谈了50位一线社会工作者及相关管理人员。研究表明，社会工作能够从心理支持、能力提升和社会关系构建三个方面为残疾人提供专业服务，其中心理辅导帮助残疾人克服自卑心理，建立自信；职业技能培训提高了残疾人的就业竞争力；社区活动参与促进了残疾人社交网络的拓展。创新之处在于构建了包含政府主导、社会组织协同、家庭积极参与的“三维一体”社会支持体系模型，该模型强调多方协作，整合资源，形成合力，为残疾人创造良好的社会环境。研究结果表明，社会工作的介入显著提升了残疾人社会融入水平，不仅改善了个体生活质量，还推动了整个社会文明进步，为相关政策制定提供了科学依据，也为社会工作实务发展指明了方向。

Abstract
As society develops, the issue of social integration for people with disabilities has garnered increasing attention. This study aims to explore the role of social work in promoting the social integration of people with disabilities, grounded in social integration theory and strengths perspective theory. By employing a combination of literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and case studies, this research selected representative individuals with disabilities and their families from different regions as subjects. A total of 1200 questionnaires were distributed, with 1080 valid responses collected, and in-depth interviews were conducted with 50 frontline social workers and relevant administrators. The findings indicate that social work can provide professional services to people with disabilities in three main areas: psychological support, capacity building, and social relationship construction. Psychological counseling helps individuals overcome feelings of inferiority and build self-confidence; vocational skills training enhances employability; and participation in community activities facilitates the expansion of social networks. An innovative aspect of this study is the development of a "three-dimensional integrated" social support system model, which includes government leadership, collaboration with social organizations, and active family participation. This model emphasizes multi-party cooperation, resource integration, and synergy to create a favorable social environment for people with disabilities. The results show that the involvement of social work significantly improves the level of social integration for people with disabilities, not only enhancing individual quality of life but also advancing societal civility and progress. Moreover, this study provides a scientific basis for policy formulation and points the way for the development of social work practice.
