摘 要
随着社会的发展，残疾人家庭面临的挑战日益复杂，构建有效的支持网络成为改善其生活质量的关键。本研究旨在探讨社会工作在残疾人家庭支持网络中的应用，通过文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法，深入剖析当前残疾人家庭支持体系的现状及存在的问题。研究选取了不同地区具有代表性的残疾人家庭作为样本，运用定性与定量相结合的研究方法，收集并分析了大量一手数据。结果显示，社会工作者能够从情感支持、资源整合、能力提升等多方面为残疾人家庭提供专业服务，有效缓解家庭压力，增强家庭应对困难的能力。创新之处在于提出了“家庭 - 社区 - 机构”三位一体的支持模式，强调跨部门协作与资源联动，突破传统单一的服务模式。该模式不仅提升了服务效率和质量，还促进了残疾人家庭社会融入感的提升，为完善我国残疾人社会保障体系提供了新的思路和实践路径，对推动残疾人事业高质量发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
As society evolves, the challenges faced by families of people with disabilities have become increasingly complex, making the construction of an effective support network crucial for improving their quality of life. This study aims to explore the application of social work in the support networks of families with disabled members by combining literature review and case analysis to thoroughly examine the current status and existing issues within the support systems for these families. The research selected representative families of people with disabilities from different regions as samples, employing a mixed-methods approach that integrates qualitative and quantitative methods to collect and analyze extensive primary data. The findings indicate that social workers can provide professional services to families of people with disabilities in multiple aspects such as emotional support, resource integration, and capacity building, effectively alleviating family pressure and enhancing their ability to cope with difficulties. An innovative aspect of this study is the proposal of a tripartite support model integrating family, community, and institutions, which emphasizes interdepartmental collaboration and resource linkage, breaking through the traditional single-service model. This model not only improves service efficiency and quality but also promotes the social integration of families with disabled members, offering new ideas and practical approaches for perfecting China's social security system for people with disabilities and significantly contributing to the high-quality development of the disability sector.

Abstract
