摘 要
自然灾害和突发事件对受灾群众的心理健康造成严重影响，灾后心理重建成为社会工作的重要领域。本研究旨在探讨社会工作在灾后心理重建中的应用模式与效果，通过文献综述、案例分析和实地调研相结合的方法，选取典型灾区作为研究对象，深入访谈受灾群众、社会工作者及相关机构人员，收集一手资料。研究发现，社会工作介入灾后心理重建具有独特优势，能够提供个性化、持续性的心理支持服务，有效缓解受灾群众的焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪，促进其心理健康水平的恢复与提升。创新之处在于构建了“政府 - 社会组织 - 社区 - 家庭”四位一体的心理援助网络模型，强调多方协作联动机制，为灾后心理重建提供了系统化解决方案。此外，研究还提出建立专业化的社会工作人才队伍，完善相关法律法规和政策保障体系，确保心理重建工作的科学性和可持续性，为我国乃至全球范围内的灾后心理重建工作提供了理论参考和实践指导。

Abstract
Natural disasters and emergencies have significant impacts on the mental health of affected populations, making post-disaster psychological reconstruction an important domain of social work. This study aims to explore the application models and effects of social work in post-disaster psychological reconstruction through a combination of literature review, case analysis, and field research. By selecting typical disaster-stricken areas as research subjects, in-depth interviews were conducted with affected individuals, social workers, and personnel from relevant institutions to collect primary data. The findings indicate that social work interventions in post-disaster psychological reconstruction possess unique advantages, providing personalized and continuous psychological support services that effectively alleviate negative emotions such as anxiety and depression among affected populations, thereby promoting the recovery and improvement of their mental health. An innovative aspect of this study is the construction of an integrated psychological assistance network model involving government, social organizations, communities, and families, emphasizing a collaborative mechanism among multiple parties to provide systematic solutions for post-disaster psychological reconstruction. Furthermore, the study proposes the establishment of a professional social work talent pool, along with the perfection of relevant laws, regulations, and policy support systems, ensuring the scientific nature and sustainability of psychological reconstruction efforts. This research offers theoretical references and practical guidance for post-disaster psychological reconstruction not only in China but also globally.
