摘要
随着精神健康问题的日益突出，社会工作与医疗团队的协作成为提升服务效果的重要途径。本研究旨在探讨社会工作者与医疗团队在精神健康服务中的协作模式及其对患者康复的影响。通过为期一年的定性与定量混合研究方法，选取某三甲医院精神科作为研究对象，采用问卷调查、深度访谈和案例分析相结合的方式收集数据。结果显示，社会工作者在心理支持、资源链接和家庭干预方面发挥了独特作用，而与医疗团队的协作显著提高了患者的治疗依从性和生活质量。研究发现，跨专业协作的关键在于明确角色分工、建立有效的沟通机制以及强化团队信任。本研究创新性地提出了“双轨并行”的协作框架，即社会工作与医疗服务在各自专业领域内独立运作的同时，通过定期联席会议和信息共享实现深度整合。这一模式不仅优化了资源配置，还为精神健康服务提供了可持续发展的新思路。研究成果为推动社会工作与医疗团队的协同实践提供了理论依据和实践参考，对完善我国精神健康服务体系具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the growing prominence of mental health issues, collaboration between social workers and medical teams has become a critical approach to enhancing service effectiveness. This study aims to explore the collaborative model between social workers and medical teams in mental health services and its impact on patient recovery. Employing a mixed-methods approach combining qualitative and quantitative research over one year, the study selected the psychiatric department of a tertiary hospital as the research site, collecting data through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and case analyses. The findings indicate that social workers play a unique role in psychological support, resource linkage, and family intervention, while collaboration with medical teams significantly improves patients' treatment adherence and quality of life. The study reveals that the key to interprofessional collaboration lies in clarifying role divisions, establishing effective communication mechanisms, and strengthening team trust. Innovatively, this research proposes a "dual-track parallel" collaborative fr amework, where social work and medical services operate independently within their respective professional domains while achieving deep integration through regular joint meetings and information sharing. This model not only optimizes resource allocation but also provides new insights for the sustainable development of mental health services. The research outcomes offer theoretical foundations and practical references for promoting collaborative practices between social workers and medical teams, holding significant implications for improving China's mental health service system.
