摘要
家庭暴力作为全球性社会问题，对个体身心健康及社会稳定构成严重威胁，其预防与干预已成为学术界和实务界的关注焦点。本研究旨在探讨社会工作在家庭暴力预防中的宣传与教育作用，通过系统分析社会工作方法在提升公众意识、改善家庭关系及构建支持网络中的独特价值，为相关政策制定提供理论与实践依据。研究采用混合研究方法，结合定量问卷调查与定性深度访谈，选取了全国范围内500个样本家庭及其所在社区的社会工作者进行数据收集与分析。结果显示，社会工作的宣传与教育活动能够显著提高公众对家庭暴力的认知水平，增强受害者寻求帮助的意愿，并促进施暴者行为的改变。此外，研究发现社区资源整合与跨部门协作是提升宣传效果的关键因素。本研究的创新点在于首次将社会工作理论框架与家庭暴力预防实践相结合，提出了“预防—干预—恢复”三位一体的综合模式，强调以教育为核心的社会工作介入路径。研究结论表明，加强社会工作在家庭暴力预防中的角色定位，优化资源配置与服务供给，可有效降低家庭暴力的发生率，推动和谐社会建设。这一成果为完善我国反家庭暴力政策体系提供了重要参考。

Abstract
Domestic violence, as a global social issue, poses a serious threat to individual mental and physical health as well as social stability, and its prevention and intervention have become focal points for both academia and practice. This study aims to explore the role of social work in the prevention of domestic violence through publicity and education by systematically analyzing the unique value of social work methods in enhancing public awareness, improving family relationships, and constructing support networks, thereby providing theoretical and practical evidence for relevant policy formulation. A mixed-methods approach was adopted, combining quantitative questionnaire surveys with qualitative in-depth interviews, and data were collected and analyzed from 500 sample families and their community social workers across the country. The results indicate that the publicity and educational activities of social work can significantly increase public recognition of domestic violence, strengthen victims' willingness to seek help, and promote changes in perpetrators' behavior. Moreover, the study finds that the integration of community resources and inter-departmental collaboration are key factors in enhancing the effectiveness of publicity. The innovation of this research lies in being the first to combine the theoretical fr amework of social work with the practice of domestic violence prevention, proposing an integrated model of "prevention-intervention-recovery" that emphasizes the core path of social work intervention based on education. The conclusions suggest that reinforcing the role of social work in the prevention of domestic violence, optimizing resource allocation and service provision, can effectively reduce the incidence of domestic violence and promote the construction of a harmonious society. These findings provide significant reference for improving the anti-domestic violence policy system in our country.
