摘要
随着毒品问题的日益复杂化，社区禁毒工作已成为社会治理的重要组成部分，而社会工作在其中的角色与功能亟待深入探讨。本研究旨在分析社会工作者在社区禁毒工作中的具体角色定位及其功能发挥，并探索其对提升禁毒成效的潜在价值。通过文献综述、深度访谈和案例分析相结合的研究方法，本文选取了三个典型社区作为研究对象，系统考察了社会工作者在预防教育、戒毒康复、社会融入等环节中的实践表现。研究发现，社会工作者不仅承担着心理疏导、资源链接和社区动员等关键职能，还在构建多部门协作机制中发挥了桥梁作用。此外，本研究创新性地提出了“关系网络构建”这一核心概念，强调社会工作者通过建立信任关系网络，有效促进了吸毒人员的社会支持系统重建。最终结论表明，社会工作在社区禁毒工作中具有不可替代的独特优势，但其功能的充分发挥仍受限于专业能力不足、政策支持缺乏等因素。本研究的主要贡献在于明确了社会工作者的专业角色定位，并为完善相关政策体系提供了理论依据和实践参考，从而为推动社区禁毒工作的专业化发展奠定了基础。

Abstract
As the drug problem becomes increasingly complex, community-based anti-drug work has become an essential component of social governance, and the role and function of social work in this field require further exploration. This study aims to analyze the specific role positioning and functional performance of social workers in community anti-drug efforts while investigating their potential value in enhancing the effectiveness of anti-drug initiatives. By employing a research methodology that integrates literature review, in-depth interviews, and case analysis, this paper selects three typical communities as research subjects to systematically examine the practical performance of social workers in key areas such as preventive education, detoxification rehabilitation, and social reintegration. The findings reveal that social workers not only undertake critical functions such as psychological counseling, resource linkage, and community mobilization but also play a bridging role in constructing multi-departmental collaboration mechanisms. Additionally, this study innovatively proposes the core concept of "relationship network construction," emphasizing how social workers facilitate the reconstruction of social support systems for drug users by establishing networks of trust. The final conclusion indicates that social work possesses unique and irreplaceable advantages in community anti-drug work; however, its full functionality is still constrained by factors such as insufficient professional capacity and lack of policy support. The primary contribution of this study lies in clarifying the professional role positioning of social workers and providing theoretical foundations and practical references for improving relevant policy systems, thereby laying the groundwork for promoting the professional development of community anti-drug work.
