摘要
随着我国社会经济的快速发展,农村单亲家庭数量持续增长,其子女教育问题逐渐成为社会关注的焦点,这一群体因家庭结构特殊性而面临诸多教育困境,包括情感支持不足、教育资源匮乏以及心理适应困难等挑战鉴于此,本研究旨在探讨针对农村单亲家庭儿童教育支持的社会工作策略,以期为改善其教育状况提供理论与实践指导研究采用质性研究方法,通过深度访谈和案例分析相结合的方式,对12个典型农村单亲家庭及其所在社区进行调研结果表明,农村单亲家庭儿童在教育过程中普遍存在学习动力缺乏、社会融入障碍及心理调适能力薄弱等问题基于此,研究提出以生态系统理论为框架的社会工作介入模式,强调从个体、家庭、学校和社会四个层面构建全方位的支持体系具体而言,该模式通过增强儿童自我效能感、优化家庭教育功能、促进学校资源倾斜以及推动社会资源整合等方式,有效缓解了农村单亲家庭儿童的教育困境本研究的创新点在于将社会工作专业理念引入农村教育支持领域,并结合本土化需求设计了系统化的干预路径,为同类问题的解决提供了可借鉴的经验同时,研究呼吁政府、社会组织和社区多方协作,共同营造有利于农村单亲家庭儿童成长的教育环境

Abstract
With the rapid development of China's social economy, the number of single-parent families in rural areas has been increasing continuously, and the educational issues of their children have gradually become a focal point of societal concern. Due to the unique characteristics of their family structures, these children face numerous educational challenges, including insufficient emotional support, scarce educational resources, and difficulties in psychological adaptation. In response to this situation, this study aims to explore social work strategies for providing educational support to children from rural single-parent families, offering both theoretical insights and practical guidance for improving their educational conditions. A qualitative research method was employed, combining in-depth interviews and case analysis to investigate 12 typical rural single-parent families and their respective communities. The findings indicate that children from rural single-parent families commonly encounter problems such as a lack of learning motivation, barriers to social integration, and weak psychological adjustment capabilities during their educational processes. Based on these findings, the study proposes an ecological systems theory-based social work intervention model, emphasizing the construction of a comprehensive support system at four levels: individual, family, school, and society. Specifically, this model alleviates the educational difficulties faced by children from rural single-parent families through enhancing their self-efficacy, optimizing family educational functions, promoting resourcein schools, and facilitating the integration of social resources. The innovation of this study lies in introducing professional social work concepts into the field of rural educational support and designing a systematic intervention pathway tailored to localized needs, providing replicable experiences for addressing similar issues. Simultaneously, the study calls for collaboration among the government, social organizations, and communities to jointly create an educational environment conducive to the growth of children from rural single-parent families.
