摘要
青少年犯罪问题已成为全球性社会议题，其复杂成因和深远影响促使社会各界对预防机制展开深入探讨。本研究以社会工作早期干预为核心，旨在探索系统化、科学化的青少年犯罪预防策略。通过文献分析与实证研究相结合的方法，研究选取了某地区300名具有潜在犯罪风险的青少年作为样本，运用定量与定性分析手段评估其家庭环境、学校教育和社会支持体系的影响因素，并设计针对性的早期干预方案。研究表明，基于生态系统理论的社会工作干预模式能够显著改善青少年的行为偏差，降低犯罪风险；同时，家庭功能修复、学校资源整合以及社区支持网络的构建是关键路径。本研究的创新点在于将社会工作的专业方法与青少年犯罪预防实践深度融合，提出了“分级预警—精准干预—持续跟踪”的全流程干预框架，为相关政策制定提供了理论依据和实践参考。研究结果表明，早期干预不仅有助于个体发展，还能优化社会资源配置，从而实现社会治理的长效目标。

Abstract
Juvenile delinquency has become a global social issue, with its complex causes and far-reaching impacts prompting in-depth discussions on preventive mechanisms across society. This study focuses on early intervention in social work, aiming to explore systematic and scientific strategies for preventing juvenile delinquency. By combining literature analysis with empirical research, the study selected 300 adolescents at potential risk of committing crimes from a specific region as samples, evaluating the influencing factors of their family environment, school education, and social support systems through both quantitative and qualitative analytical methods. A targeted early intervention program was subsequently designed. The findings indicate that a social work intervention model based on ecological systems theory can significantly improve behavioral deviations among adolescents and reduce the risk of criminal behavior. Moreover, restoring family functions, integrating school resources, and constructing community support networks are identified as critical pathways. The innovation of this study lies in the deep integration of professional social work methods with the practice of juvenile delinquency prevention, proposing a comprehensive intervention fr amework of "tiered warning—precise intervention—continuous tracking," which provides theoretical foundations and practical references for relevant policy formulation. The results demonstrate that early intervention not only benefits individual development but also optimizes the allocation of social resources, thereby achieving long-term goals of social governance.
