摘要
社区矫正作为社会治理体系的重要组成部分，其核心目标在于促进矫正对象的再社会化，而社会工作介入在这一过程中具有不可替代的作用。本研究基于我国社区矫正工作的实际需求，探讨社会工作如何有效介入矫正对象的再社会化过程，以提升其社会适应能力和融入水平。研究采用质性与量化相结合的方法，通过深度访谈、问卷调查和案例分析，收集了来自多个试点地区的数据，系统考察了社会工作介入的模式、路径及其效果。研究表明，社会工作通过个性化服务方案设计、心理支持网络构建以及社会资源链接等策略，显著提升了矫正对象的社会功能恢复和行为改善。此外，研究创新性地提出了“分层分类干预模型”，根据不同矫正对象的需求特点提供精准化服务，为实践提供了理论指导。本研究的主要贡献在于揭示了社会工作介入的核心机制，并验证了其在促进矫正对象再社会化中的有效性，为完善我国社区矫正体系提供了实证依据和政策建议。

Abstract
Community correction, as a crucial component of the social governance system, aims primarily at promoting the resocialization of correctional subjects. In this process, the involvement of social work plays an irreplaceable role. This study, grounded in the practical needs of community correction work in China, investigates how social work can effectively facilitate the resocialization of correctional subjects to enhance their social adaptability and integration. By employing a mixed-methods approach that combines qualitative and quantitative research, including in-depth interviews, questionnaire surveys, and case analyses, data were collected from multiple pilot regions. The study systematically examines the models, pathways, and outcomes of social work intervention. Findings indicate that social work significantly improves the restoration of social functions and behavioral modification among correctional subjects through strategies such as personalized service planning, the construction of psychological support networks, and the linkage of social resources. Additionally, the study innovatively proposes a "tiered and categorized intervention model," which provides precise services tailored to the specific needs of different correctional subjects, offering theoretical guidance for practice. The primary contribution of this research lies in uncovering the core mechanisms of social work intervention and validating its effectiveness in promoting the resocialization of correctional subjects, thereby providing empirical evidence and policy recommendations for the improvement of China's community correction system.
