摘要
随着社会的快速发展，残疾人士在社区融入过程中面临的障碍日益凸显，这不仅影响其生活质量，也对社会公平与和谐构成挑战。本研究旨在探讨促进残疾人士社区融入的社会工作支持策略，以期为相关政策制定和实践提供科学依据。研究采用混合方法设计，通过问卷调查收集300余名残疾人士及其家庭成员的数据，并结合深度访谈和案例分析，深入挖掘其在社区融入中的实际需求与困境。结果表明，残疾人士在社交参与、资源获取及心理适应等方面存在显著困难，而现有支持体系在个性化服务和跨部门协作方面仍有不足。基于此，本研究提出构建多层次、多主体联动的社会工作支持框架，强调社区资源整合、专业服务介入以及社会环境优化的重要性。创新点在于将残疾人士视为积极的行动者而非被动的服务对象，倡导以赋权理论为基础的参与式支持模式。此外，研究还首次系统梳理了社区层面的支持机制，并验证了社会工作者在其中的关键协调作用。总体而言，本研究为提升残疾人士社区融入水平提供了理论支撑与实践路径，具有重要的学术价值和社会意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of society, barriers faced by people with disabilities in community integration have become increasingly prominent, affecting not only their quality of life but also posing challenges to social equity and harmony. This study aims to explore social work support strategies that promote the community integration of people with disabilities, providing a scientific basis for relevant policy formulation and practice. A mixed-methods design was employed, collecting data from over 300 people with disabilities and their family members through questionnaires, while also incorporating in-depth interviews and case analyses to uncover their practical needs and difficulties in community integration. The findings indicate that people with disabilities encounter significant challenges in social participation, resource access, and psychological adaptation, while existing support systems remain insufficient in personalized services and inter-departmental collaboration. Based on these insights, this study proposes a multi-level, multi-stakeholder联动social work support fr amework, emphasizing the importance of community resource integration, professional service intervention, and social environment optimization. An innovation of this study lies in positioning people with disabilities as active agents rather than passive recipients of services, advocating for an empowerment theory-based participatory support model. Additionally, the study systematically examines support mechanisms at the community level for the first time, verifying the critical coordinating role of social workers in this process. Overall, this research provides both theoretical support and practical pathways to enhance the community integration of people with disabilities, holding significant academic value and social implications.
