家庭教育对小学生学习习惯形成的作用机制



摘  要:随着社会对教育质量要求的不断提高,家庭教育在小学生学习习惯形成中的作用日益受到关注。本研究旨在探讨家庭教育如何通过特定机制影响小学生的学习习惯养成,为优化家庭教育实践提供理论支持。研究采用问卷调查与深度访谈相结合的方法,选取了300名小学生及其家长作为研究对象,从家庭氛围、父母教养方式和学习指导三个维度进行分析。结果表明,积极的家庭氛围能够显著提升小学生的自主学习能力,民主型教养方式有助于培养良好的时间管理习惯,而科学的学习指导则能有效促进学习策略的掌握。本研究创新性地构建了家庭教育与小学生学习习惯之间的中介效应模型,揭示了家庭环境与学习行为之间的复杂互动关系。研究表明,优化家庭教育方式是改善小学生学习习惯的重要途径,这一发现为家庭教育干预提供了新的视角和实践方向。

Abstract:With the continuous increase in societal demands for educational quality, the role of family education in shaping primary school students' learning habits has garnered increasing attention. This study aims to explore how family education influences the development of learning habits through specific mechanisms, thereby providing theoretical support for optimizing family education practices. By employing a combination of questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews, this research selected 300 primary school students and their parents as subjects, analyzing the impact of family education from three dimensions: family atmosphere, parental upbringing styles, and learning guidance. The findings indicate that a positive family atmosphere significantly enhances students' autonomous learning abilities, democratic parenting styles contribute to the cultivation of effective time management habits, and scientific learning guidance effectively promotes the mastery of learning strategies. Innovatively, this study constructs a mediation effect model between family education and primary school students' learning habits, revealing the complex interactive relationship between family environment and learning behaviors. The results suggest that optimizing family education approaches is a critical pathway to improving students' learning habits, offering new perspectives and practical directions for family education interventions.
