摘 要:随着高等教育的快速发展,大学教师的专业发展日益成为提升教育质量与人才培养水平的关键因素,然而现有支持体系在适应性、系统性和针对性方面仍存在不足。本研究旨在构建并优化一个全面且高效的大学教师专业发展支持体系,以满足教师多样化的发展需求。通过文献分析、问卷调查和深度访谈相结合的方法,研究系统梳理了国内外相关理论与实践,并深入探讨了当前支持体系存在的问题及其成因。研究结果表明,构建以需求为导向、多主体协同参与的支持体系能够显著提升教师专业发展的成效。具体而言,创新性地提出了“分层分类发展路径”与“动态评估反馈机制”,为不同发展阶段的教师提供个性化支持。此外,研究还强调技术赋能的重要性,倡导利用大数据与人工智能优化资源配置与服务供给。最终结论显示,该支持体系不仅增强了教师的职业认同感与发展动力,也为高校教师队伍建设提供了可操作的实践框架,具有重要的理论价值与现实意义。

Construction and Optimization of Support Systems for University Faculty Professional Development

Abstract:With the rapid development of higher education, the professional development of university teachers has increasingly become a critical factor in enhancing educational quality and talent cultivation. However, the existing support systems still fall short in terms of adaptability, systematicness, and specificity. This study aims to construct and optimize a comprehensive and efficient support system for the professional development of university teachers to meet their diversified developmental needs. By integrating literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and in-depth interviews, the study systematically reviews relevant theories and practices both domestically and internationally, while also exploring the problems and underlying causes within the current support systems. The findings indicate that establishing a demand-oriented support system with multi-stakeholder collaboration can significantly enhance the effectiveness of teacher professional development. Specifically, this research innovatively proposes a "tiered and categorized developmental pathway" and a "dynamic evaluation and feedback mechanism," providing personalized support for teachers at different stages of their careers. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the importance of technology empowerment, advocating the use of big data and artificial intelligence to optimize resource allocation and service provision. The final conclusion reveals that this support system not only strengthens teachers' professional identity and developmental motivation but also offers an actionable practical fr amework for the construction of university teacher teams, demonstrating significant theoretical value and practical implications.
