摘 要
随着我国人口老龄化进程的加快，社区老年人的心理健康问题日益凸显，社会工作在其中发挥着不可替代的作用。本研究旨在探讨社会工作介入社区老年人心理关怀服务的有效模式，以提升老年人心理健康水平和生活质量。通过对某市三个典型社区为期一年的实地调研，采用问卷调查、深度访谈和参与式观察相结合的方法，共收集有效样本627份，深入分析了当前社区老年人心理关怀服务的现状、需求及存在的问题。研究发现，通过建立专业化的社会工作团队，开展个性化心理辅导、组织多样化社交活动、构建社区支持网络等措施，能够显著改善老年人的心理状态，增强其社会融入感和幸福感。

Abstract
With the acceleration of the aging process of the population in China, the mental health problems of the elderly in the community are becoming increasingly prominent, and social work plays an irreplaceable role in it. This study aims to explore the effective model of social work involvement in community psychological care services for the elderly to improve the mental health level and quality of life of the elderly. Through the one-year field investigation of three typical communities in a city, using the combination of questionnaire survey, in-depth interview and participatory observation, a total of 627 effective samples were collected, and the current situation, needs and existing problems of psychological care services for the elderly in the community were deeply analyzed. The study found that through the establishment of a professional social work team, personalized psychological counseling, organizing diversified social activities, building community support network and other measures, can significantly improve the psychological state of the elderly, enhance their sense of social integration and happiness.
