摘 要
家庭暴力是严重影响社会和谐与家庭稳定的重要问题，基于此背景，本研究旨在探索社会工作介入家庭暴力受害者干预的有效模式。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理，结合我国实际情况，以期构建符合本土需求的家庭暴力受害者社会工作干预体系。本研究采用质性研究方法，选取多个典型地区作为样本点，深入访谈了120位家庭暴力受害者及相关工作人员，同时运用问卷调查收集了850份有效数据。研究发现，社会工作者在介入过程中应注重建立信任关系，提供心理支持、法律援助等多方面服务，并且强调社区参与的重要性。创新之处在于提出“全人照顾”理念下的综合干预模式，将受害者的生理、心理、社会三个层面的需求整合考虑，不仅关注个体康复还重视家庭关系修复及预防机制建设。

Abstract
Domestic violence is an important issue that seriously affects social harmony and family stability. Based on this background, this study aims to explore the effective model of social work intervention for victims of domestic violence. Through the systematic combing of the relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of China, in order to build a social work intervention system for the victims of domestic violence in line with the local needs. In this study, we used qualitative research method, selected several typical areas as sample points, interviewed 120 victims of domestic violence and related staff, and collected 850 valid data through questionnaire survey. The study found that social workers should pay attention to building a trust relationship, provide psychological support, legal aid and other services, and emphasize the importance of community participation. The innovation lies in putting forward the comprehensive intervention mode under the concept of "whole-person care", integrating the physical, psychological and social needs of the victims, and paying attention not only to individual rehabilitation but also to the repair of family relations and the construction of prevention mechanism.
