社区养老服务中的医养结合模式探讨 -社会工作专业

摘要

随着我国人口老龄化进程的加快，社区养老服务需求日益增长，传统单一的养老模式难以满足老年人多元化需求，医养结合模式成为解决这一问题的有效途径。本研究旨在探讨社区养老服务中的医养结合模式，通过文献研究法梳理国内外相关研究成果，明确医养结合模式的概念内涵与理论基础；运用案例分析法选取典型社区进行深入剖析，总结其在资源整合、服务供给等方面的经验与不足。研究发现，医养结合模式能够有效整合医疗资源与养老资源，为老年人提供连续性、综合性健康养老服务，但存在部门协同机制不完善、专业人才短缺等问题。创新点在于构建了基于社区平台的医养结合服务体系框架，提出从政策支持、人才培养等多方面优化医养结合模式的建议，为推动社区养老服务高质量发展提供了理论依据与实践参考。

Abstract

With the acceleration of population aging in China, the demand for community-based elderly care services is increasing rapidly. Traditional，which has made it difficult for single-model elderly care to meet the diverse needs of the elderly. Integrated medical and elderly care (IMEC) has emerged as an effective solution to this challenge. This study aims to explore the IMEC model in community elderly care services. Through a review of relevant literature both domestically and internationally, the study clarifies the conceptual fr amework and theoretical foundation of the IMEC model. Case analysis is employed to conduct an in-depth examination of typical communities, summarizing their experiences and shortcomings in resource integration and service provision. The findings indicate that the IMEC model can effectively integrate medical and elderly care resources, providing continuous and comprehensive health and elderly care services to the elderly. However, issues such as inadequate inter-departmental coordination mechanisms and a shortage of specialized personnel remain. An innovation of this study lies in constructing a service system fr amework for IMEC based on a community platform, proposing recommendations for optimizing the IMEC model from multiple aspects including policy support and talent cultivation. This provides theoretical evidence and practical references for promoting high-quality development of community elderly care services.
