摘 要
随着我国人口老龄化加剧,社区养老服务成为应对养老问题的重要方式,老年人心理健康支持是其中的关键内容。本研究旨在探讨社区养老服务中老年人心理健康支持的现状、影响因素及有效模式。基于社会支持理论和积极心理学理论,通过文献分析、问卷调查与访谈相结合的方法,在全国范围内选取具有代表性的10个社区作为样本,共收集有效问卷856份,访谈老年人及其家属、社区工作人员等72人。研究发现,当前社区在提供心理健康支持方面存在专业人才匮乏、服务形式单一等问题;家庭结构、经济状况、社交活动等因素对老年人心理健康有显著影响。创新性地提出构建多主体协同的心理健康支持体系,整合政府、社区、社会组织、家庭等多方资源,形成全方位、多层次的支持网络,为提升老年人心理健康水平提供了新思路,也为完善社区养老服务体系建设提供了理论依据和实践参考。

Abstract
As China's population aging intensifies, community-based elderly care services have become a crucial approach to addressing elderly care challenges, with mental health support being a key component. This study aims to investigate the current status, influencing factors, and effective models of mental health support for the elderly within community care services. Based on social support theory and positive psychology theory, this research employs a combination of literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and interviews, selecting 10 representative communities nationwide as samples. A total of 856 valid questionnaires were collected, and 72 individuals including elderly people, their family members, and community staff were interviewed. The findings reveal that current community-based mental health support faces issues such as a shortage of professional personnel and.Innovatively, this study proposes constructing a multi-stakeholder collaborative mental health support system, integrating resources from the government, communities, social organizations, and families to form an all-round, multi-level support network. This provides new insights into enhancing the mental health of the elderly and offers theoretical foundations and practical references for improving the construction of community elderly care service systems.
