摘 要
随着社会经济结构转型和就业市场的深刻变革,就业问题成为影响社会稳定与发展的关键因素。本研究聚焦社会工作在就业促进中的角色,旨在探讨其服务策略及政策协同机制。社会工作者通过职业指导、心理支持、技能培训等多元化服务,有效提升了就业困难群体的就业能力和社会融入度;同时,构建跨部门协作平台,推动政府、企业、社会组织形成合力,优化了就业服务生态。创新之处在于首次提出“就业促进社会工作”的概念框架,强调以需求为导向的服务模式,并建立了评估指标体系。研究结果表明,社会工作不仅能为个体提供精准帮扶,更能从制度层面推动就业政策的完善,为构建更具包容性的就业服务体系提供了理论依据和实践参考,对于提升社会治理效能具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the transformation of social and economic structure and the profound change of employment market, employment has become a key factor affecting social stability and development. This study focuses on the role of social work in employment promotion and aims to explore its service strategy and policy coordination mechanism. Through diversified services such as career guidance, psychological support and skill training, social workers have effectively improved the employability and social integration of groups with employment difficulties. At the same time, a cross-departmental collaboration platform has been built to promote the formation of synergy between the government, enterprises and social organizations, and optimize the employment service ecology. The innovation is that the conceptual fr amework of "employment for social work" is proposed for the first time, emphasizing the demand-oriented service model, and the establishment of an evaluation index system. The research results show that social work can not only provide precise assistance for individuals, but also promote the improvement of employment policies from the institutional level, providing theoretical basis and practical reference for the construction of a more inclusive employment service system, and is of great significance for improving the effectiveness of social governance.
