摘 要:随着社会的发展,幼儿教育受到越来越多的关注,家园共育模式成为提升幼儿教育质量的重要途径。本研究旨在探索并实施有效的家园共育模式,以促进幼儿全面发展。通过文献研究法梳理国内外相关理论与实践成果,结合问卷调查、访谈等实证研究方法,在某地区选取若干幼儿园作为样本进行深入调研。研究发现,当前家园共育存在沟通渠道不畅、家长参与度低等问题,而构建基于互联网平台的互动机制可有效改善这一状况。创新性地提出建立“线上线下融合”的家园共育体系,线上利用社交软件搭建信息共享平台,线下组织多样化的亲子活动,增强家园之间的联系与协作。结果表明,该模式能显著提高家长对幼儿教育的重视程度和参与积极性,有助于形成良好的教育合力,为幼儿创造更优质的成长环境,对推动我国幼儿教育事业发展具有重要借鉴意义。

Abstract:With the development of society, early childhood education has received more and more attention, and the home co-education mode has become an important way to improve the quality of early childhood education. This study aims to explore and implement effective home co-rearing models to promote the overall development of young children. Through literature research method, relevant theoretical and practical results at home and abroad were sorted out, combined with empirical research methods such as questionnaire survey and interview, a number of kindergartens were selected as samples in a certain area for in-depth research. The study found that there are some problems of poor communication channels and low participation of parents in the current home co-education, and the construction of the interaction mechanism based on the Internet platform can effectively improve this situation. It innovatively proposes to establish a "online-offline integration system", use social software to build an information sharing platform online, and organize diversified parent-child activities offline to enhance the connection and collaboration between homes. The results show that this model can significantly improve parents' attention and enthusiasm for early childhood education, help to form a good education force, create a better growth environment for children, and has important reference significance for promoting the development of early childhood education in China.
