老年社会工作的服务需求与政策应对策略研究 -社会工作专业

摘要

随着我国人口老龄化进程的加速，老年人口规模不断扩大，老年社会工作的重要性日益凸显。本研究旨在深入探讨老年社会工作的服务需求与政策应对策略，以期为完善老年社会服务体系提供理论依据和实践指导。通过对全国多个省市的老年群体进行问卷调查和访谈，发现当前老年社会工作存在服务内容单一、专业人才匮乏、资金投入不足等问题，老年人在健康护理、精神慰藉、社会参与等方面有着多样化的需求。研究结果表明，构建多层次、多维度的老年社会工作服务体系是解决上述问题的关键，应加强政策支持，加大财政投入，培养专业人才队伍，创新服务模式，建立社区、家庭、机构协同的服务机制。本研究创新性地提出了从宏观政策环境到微观服务供给的系统性解决方案，强调了跨部门协作和社会资源整合的重要性，为推动我国老年社会工作的发展提供了新的视角和思路，有助于提升老年人的生活质量和幸福感，促进社会和谐稳定发展。

Abstract

With the acceleration of the aging process in our country, the scale of the elderly population has been expanding, and the importance of the elderly social work has become increasingly prominent. The purpose of this study is to deeply explore the service needs and policy countermeasures of social work for the elderly, in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the social service system for the elderly. Through the questionnaire survey and interview of the elderly groups in many provinces and cities across the country, it is found that the current social work for the elderly has problems such as single service content, lack of professional talents and insufficient capital investment, and the elderly have diversified needs in health care, spiritual comfort and social participation. The research results show that building a multi-level and multi-dimensional social work service system for the elderly is the key to solving the above problems, and it is necessary to strengthen policy support, increase financial investment, train professional personnel, innovate service models, and establish a collaborative service mechanism among communities, families and institutions. This study innovatively proposes a systematic solution from macro policy environment to micro service supply, emphasizes the importance of cross-sectoral collaboration and social resource integration, and provides a new perspective and ideas for promoting the development of social work for the elderly in China, which is conducive to improving the quality of life and happiness of the elderly and promoting the harmonious and stable development of society.
