摘 要
随着全球能源需求的不断增长和环境问题的日益严峻,石油化工装置作为高能耗行业的重要组成部分,其节能降耗成为实现可持续发展的关键。本研究旨在通过系统分析现有石油化工装置的能耗特点,探索并实施有效的节能降耗措施。基于对国内外相关技术文献的广泛调研及典型石油化工装置的实际运行数据收集,采用理论分析与实验验证相结合的方法,从工艺优化、设备改造、管理提升三个方面展开研究。在工艺优化方面,通过调整反应条件、改进催化剂性能等手段提高反应效率;设备改造上,引入高效换热器、节能型电机等先进设备替代传统高能耗设备;管理提升则注重能源管理体系的建立和完善。结果表明,经过一系列措施的实施,石油化工装置的整体能耗显著降低,其中部分装置能耗降幅达到15%以上,经济效益和环境效益明显。

Abstract
With the continuous growth of global energy demand and the increasingly severe environmental problems, petrochemical plant as an important part of the high energy consumption industry, its energy saving and consumption reduction has become the key to achieve sustainable development. It aims to explore and implement effective energy saving and consumption reduction measures by analyzing the energy consumption characteristics of existing petrochemical plant. Based on the extensive investigation of relevant technical literature at home and abroad and the actual operation data collection of typical petrochemical plants, the method of combining theoretical analysis and experimental verification to carried out research from three aspects of process optimization, equipment transformation and management improvement. In terms of process optimization, the reaction efficiency is improved by adjusting the reaction conditions and improving the catalyst performance; the advanced equipment of high-efficiency heat exchanger and energy-saving motor is introduced to replace the traditional high-energy consumption equipment, and the management improvement pays attention to the establishment and improvement of energy management system. The results show that after the implementation of a series of measures, the overall energy consumption of petrochemical units is significantly reduced, among which the energy consumption of some units decreases by more than 15%, and the economic and environmental benefits are obvious.
