基于移民文化特征的儿童社会工作保护模式研究 -社会工作专业

摘要

随着全球化进程加速，移民现象日益普遍，移民儿童面临诸多社会适应与文化融合挑战。本研究聚焦于基于移民文化特征的儿童社会工作保护模式，旨在构建符合移民儿童需求的社会支持体系。移民儿童在身份认同、语言障碍、文化冲突等方面存在特殊需求，传统社会工作模式难以有效应对。为此，本研究提出以文化敏感性为核心，建立多元主体协同参与的保护模式，强调家庭、学校、社区和社会服务机构的联动机制。创新之处在于将移民文化特征融入社会工作理论框架，构建具有针对性和可操作性的干预策略。该模式不仅关注儿童个体发展，更重视其所在家庭和社区的文化传承与适应。通过实证分析验证了该模式的有效性，为完善我国移民儿童社会保护体系提供了理论依据和实践指导，填补了国内相关领域的研究空白，为制定更具包容性的儿童福利政策提供参考。

Abstract

With the acceleration of globalization and the increasing prevalence of immigration, immigrant children face many challenges of social adaptation and cultural integration. This study focuses on the protection model of children's social work based on the cultural characteristics of immigrants, aiming to build a social support system that meets the needs of immigrant children. Immigrant children have special needs in aspects of identity, language barrier, cultural conflict, etc. Traditional social work model is difficult to effectively deal with. Therefore, this study proposes to establish a protection model with cultural sensitivity as the core, and emphasize the linkage mechanism among families, schools, communities and social service organizations. The innovation lies in integrating the cultural characteristics of immigrants into the theoretical fr amework of social work and constructing targeted and operable intervention strategies. This model not only focuses on the individual development of children, but also pays more attention to the cultural inheritance and adaptation of their families and communities. Through empirical analysis, the validity of this model is verified, which provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the social protection system of migrant children in China, fills the research gap in related fields in China, and provides reference for formulating more inclusive child welfare policies.
