多元文化环境下老年社会工作机构养老服务模式的创新研究 -社会工作专业

摘要

随着全球化进程的加速和人口老龄化的加剧，多元文化环境下的养老服务需求日益多样化，传统养老服务模式面临诸多挑战。本研究旨在探讨多元文化环境下老年社会工作机构养老服务模式的创新路径，以提升养老服务的质量与效率。当前养老服务模式存在服务内容单一、文化适应性不足等问题，难以满足不同文化背景下老年人群体的特殊需求。基于此，提出构建多元文化融合型养老服务模式，强调个性化服务方案设计、跨文化交流培训以及社区资源整合等创新举措。该模式不仅能够有效整合各类资源，提高服务精准度，还能促进不同文化间的相互理解与包容，为多元文化环境下的养老服务提供新的思路与方法，对推动我国乃至全球范围内的老年社会工作发展具有重要参考价值。

Abstract

With the acceleration of the process of globalization and the intensification of the aging population, the demand for elderly care services in the multicultural environment is increasingly diversified, and the traditional elderly care service model is facing many challenges. The purpose of this study is to explore the innovative path of elderly care service model in the multi-cultural environment of social work institutions for the elderly, so as to improve the quality and efficiency of elderly care service. The current elderly care service model has problems such as single service content and insufficient cultural adaptability, which is difficult to meet the special needs of elderly groups in different cultural backgrounds. Based on this, the paper proposes to build a multicultural integrated elderly care service model, emphasizing innovative measures such as personalized service scheme design, cross-cultural exchange training and community resource integration. This model can not only effectively integrate various resources, improve service accuracy, but also promote mutual understanding and tolerance between different cultures, provide new ideas and methods for elderly care services in a multicultural environment, and have important reference value for promoting the development of elderly social work in China and even in the world.
