摘 要
随着城市化进程的加速，社区作为社会的基本单元，其和谐发展面临诸多挑战，如人际关系疏离、公共服务资源分配不均等，社会工作在应对这些问题中具有不可替代的作用。本研究旨在探讨社会工作对社区和谐发展的推动作用，基于此目的，选取了不同类型的社区进行案例研究，运用参与式观察、深度访谈和问卷调查相结合的方法收集数据。通过对所获数据的深入分析发现，社会工作能够通过组织多样化的社区活动增强居民之间的互动交流，促进邻里关系的融洽；借助专业技能为特殊群体提供精准帮扶，保障弱势群体权益；协调各方力量优化配置社区资源，提高资源利用效率。本研究创新性地将社会工作的理论与实践紧密结合，从微观层面揭示了社会工作介入社区建设的具体路径，不仅丰富了社会工作理论体系，还为政府相关部门制定社区政策提供了科学依据，有助于构建更加和谐美好的社区环境，对于提升居民幸福感和社会治理水平有着重要意义。

Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization, communities, as fundamental units of society, face numerous challenges to harmonious development, such as alienation in interpersonal relationships and uneven distribution of public service resources. Social work plays an irreplaceable role in addressing these issues. This study aims to explore the promoting effect of social work on community harmonious development. To achieve this ob jective, case studies were conducted in different types of communities, employing a combination of participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and questionnaire surveys for data collection. Through an in-depth analysis of the collected data, it was found that social work can enhance interaction among residents by organizing diverse community activities, thereby fostering amicable neighborhood relations; provide precise assistance to special groups using professional skills, ensuring the rights of vulnerable populations; and optimize the allocation of community resources by coordinating various forces, improving resource utilization efficiency. This research innovatively integrates social work theory with practice, revealing specific pathways of social work intervention in community construction at the micro level. It not only enriches the theoretical fr amework of social work but also provides a scientific basis for relevant government departments in formulating community policies, contributing to the creation of more harmonious and beautiful community environments. This has significant implications for enhancing residents' happiness and the level of social governance.
