摘  要:随着教育理念的不断更新,合作学习模式逐渐成为小学数学教学的重要探索方向。本研究旨在通过系统分析小学数学课堂合作学习模式的应用现状与实践效果,为优化课堂教学提供理论依据和实践参考。研究采用文献分析、问卷调查、课堂观察及案例分析等方法,选取某地区多所小学作为样本,深入探讨合作学习在数学课堂中的具体实施路径。研究发现,合理构建小组结构、科学设计合作任务、有效引导学生互动是提升合作学习效果的关键因素。创新性地提出“以问题为导向”的合作学习框架,强调教师角色从知识传授者向学习引导者的转变,注重培养学生的自主探究能力和团队协作精神。结果表明,该模式能显著提高学生的学习兴趣、参与度和学业成绩,同时促进师生关系和谐发展。本研究为小学数学教学改革提供了新的思路和方法,对推动素质教育具有重要现实意义。

Abstract:As educational philosophies continue to evolve, cooperative learning models have gradually become an important area of exploration in primary school mathematics instruction. This study aims to provide theoretical foundations and practical references for optimizing classroom teaching by systematically analyzing the application status and practical effects of cooperative learning models in primary school mathematics classrooms. Utilizing methods such as literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, classroom observations, and case studies, multiple primary schools in a specific region were selected as samples to thoroughly investigate the implementation pathways of cooperative learning in mathematics classes. The findings indicate that constructing group structures rationally, designing cooperative tasks scientifically, and effectively guiding student interactions are crucial factors in enhancing the effectiveness of cooperative learning. Innovatively, this study proposes a "problem-oriented" cooperative learning fr amework, emphasizing the transformation of teachers' roles from knowledge transmitters to learning facilitators, with a focus on cultivating students' autonomous inquiry abilities and team collaboration spirit. The results show that this model significantly increases students' interest in learning, participation levels, and academic performance while promoting harmonious teacher-student relationships. This research offers new ideas and methods for reforming primary school mathematics teaching and has significant practical implications for advancing quality education.
