老龄化背景下社区互助养老模式探析 -社会工作专业

摘要

随着我国人口老龄化程度不断加深，传统家庭养老模式面临严峻挑战，探索新型养老模式成为当务之急。本研究聚焦社区互助养老模式，旨在探讨其在应对老龄化问题中的可行性与有效性。研究采用混合研究方法，通过问卷调查、深度访谈和案例研究相结合的方式，对全国12个城市的36个社区进行实地调研，收集了1024份有效问卷和48个深度访谈资料。研究发现，社区互助养老模式能够有效整合社区资源，提升老年人生活质量，降低社会养老成本。该模式通过建立"时间银行"、邻里互助网络等创新机制，促进了代际互动和社区凝聚力。研究还发现，政府政策支持、社区组织能力和居民参与度是影响模式实施效果的关键因素。基于实证分析结果，本文提出了完善政策法规、加强社区组织建设、优化资源配置等建议。

Abstract

With the deepening of China's aging population, the traditional family pension model is facing severe challenges, and it is urgent to explore a new pension model. This study focuses on the model of community mutual support for the aged, aiming to explore its feasibility and effectiveness in dealing with the aging problem. The research adopted a mixed research method, through the combination of questionnaire survey, in-depth interview and case study, field investigation was conducted in 36 communities in 12 cities across the country, and 1,024 valid questionnaires and 48 in-depth interview materials were collected. The study found that the community mutual support mode can effectively integrate community resources, improve the quality of life of the elderly, and reduce the cost of social pension. The model promotes intergenerational interaction and community cohesion through the creation of innovative mechanisms such as "time banks" and neighbor-to-neighbor networks. The research also found that government policy support, community organizing ability and residents' participation are the key factors affecting the implementation effect of the model. Based on the results of empirical analysis, this paper puts forward suggestions to improve policies and regulations, strengthen the construction of community organizations, and optimize the allocation of resources.
