随着远程医疗技术的快速发展,可穿戴医疗设备在健康监测领域展现出巨大潜力。本研究旨在探讨可穿戴设备在远程医疗监测中的应用现状、技术瓶颈及未来发展方向。通过文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法,系统梳理了当前主流可穿戴设备的监测功能、数据传输机制及其在慢性病管理、术后康复等领域的应用效果。研究发现,智能手表、心电贴片等设备已实现心率、血压等多项生理参数的实时监测,其数据准确率可达90%以上;基于人工智能算法的数据分析系统显著提升了疾病预警的及时性。然而,设备续航能力不足、数据隐私保护机制不完善等问题仍制约着其广泛应用。可穿戴医疗设备的持续创新将为远程医疗带来革命性变革,但仍需加强跨学科合作以解决技术瓶颈和伦理问题。

Abstract 
With the rapid development of telemedicine technology, wearable medical devices have shown great potential in the field of health monitoring. This study aims to explore the application status, technical bottlenecks and future development direction of wearable devices in telemedicine monitoring. Through the combination of literature review and case analysis, the monitoring function and data transmission mechanism of the current mainstream wearable devices and their application effect in chronic disease management and postoperative rehabilitation are systematically reviewed. The study found that smart watches, ECG patch and other devices have realized real-time monitoring of many physiological parameters such as heart rate and blood pressure, and their data accuracy can reach more than 90%; the data analysis system based on artificial intelligence algorithm significantly improves the timeliness of disease warning. However, the problems such as insufficient device range life and imperfect data privacy protection mechanism still restrict its extensive application. Continuous innovation in wearable medical devices will revolutionize telemedicine, but interdisciplinary collaboration still needs to be strengthened to address technical bottlenecks and ethical issues.
