社会工作介入社区养老服务的路径研究 -社会工作专业

摘要

随着我国人口老龄化进程的加快，社区养老服务体系建设已成为社会治理的重要议题。本研究聚焦社会工作介入社区养老服务的路径探索，旨在构建专业化、系统化的服务模式。研究采用混合研究方法，通过问卷调查、深度访谈和参与式观察收集数据，选取北京、上海、广州等6个城市的12个社区作为研究对象。研究发现，当前社区养老服务存在资源整合不足、专业人才匮乏、服务供需错位等问题。基于此，本文提出"三位一体"的介入路径：首先，建立以社会工作者为主导的多专业协作团队；其次，构建"需求评估-服务设计-效果反馈"的闭环服务体系；最后，创新"互联网+社工"的服务供给模式。研究创新性地将生态系统理论与社会支持网络理论相结合，提出了社会工作介入社区养老服务的理论框架和实践模型。研究结果表明，该介入路径能有效提升服务质量和服务对象满意度，为完善我国社区养老服务体系提供了新的思路和方法论指导。本研究的实践价值在于为社会工作机构开展社区养老服务提供了可操作性的方案，同时也为相关政策制定提供了实证依据。

Abstract

With the rapid aging of population in our country, the construction of community endowment service system has become an important issue of social governance. This study focuses on the path exploration of social work involvement in community elderly care service, aiming to build a professional and systematic service model. A mixed research method was adopted to collect data through questionnaire survey, in-depth interview and participatory observation, and 12 communities in 6 cities including Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou were selected as research ob jects. The study found that the current community elderly care services exist problems such as insufficient resource integration, lack of professional talents, and misalignment of service supply and demand. Based on this, this paper puts forward a "trinity" intervention path: first, establish a multi-professional collaborative team led by social workers; Secondly, the closed-loop service system of "demand assessment - service design - effect feedback" is constructed. Finally, innovate the service supply model of "Internet + social worker". The research innovatively combines ecosystem theory with social support network theory, and puts forward the theoretical fr amework and practical model of social work intervention in community elderly care service. The results show that the intervention path can effectively improve the quality of service and the satisfaction of service ob jects, and provide a new idea and methodology guidance for the improvement of China's community elderly care service system. The practical value of this study is that it provides an operable scheme for social work agencies to carry out community elderly care services, and also provides an empirical basis for relevant policy formulation.
