摘 要:中国学生英语口语焦虑是指学生在英语口语学习过程中出现焦虑情绪和负面表现的现象。本文旨在探讨中国学生英语口语焦虑的定义、特点、影响因素以及降低焦虑的有效措施。研究发现,中国学生英语口语焦虑表现为怯场、紧张、不自信等,对学习成绩和学习动机产生负面影响。影响因素包括个人因素(自信心、学习态度、自我认知)、学校环境因素(教学质量、教师评价体系)和社会文化因素(英语语言环境、社会压力)。为降低焦虑,可以采取教育干预措施(优化教学方法和环境)、社会支持措施(提供实践机会和交流平台)和自我管理辅导(发展学习策略和应对策略)。通过有效措施的实施,可以帮助中国学生降低英语口语焦虑,提升口语能力和自信心,促进语言学习的全面发展。

Abstract:Chinese students' oral English anxiety refers to the phenomenon of anxiety and negative performance in the process of oral English learning. This paper aims to explore the definition, characteristics, influencing factors and effective measures to reduce oral English anxiety in Chinese students. The study found that Chinese students' oral English anxiety shows stage fright, nervousness and lack of confidence, which has a negative impact on academic performance and learning motivation. The influencing factors include personal factors (self-confidence, learning attitude, self-cognition), school environment factors (teaching quality, teacher evaluation system), and social and cultural factors (English language environment, social pressure). To reduce anxiety, educational interventions (optimizing teaching methods and environment), social support measures (providing practice opportunities and communication platforms), and self-management coaching (developing learning strategies and coping strategies) can be adopted. The implementation of effective measures can help Chinese students reduce their anxiety about oral English, improve their oral ability and self-confidence, and promote the comprehensive development of language learning.
