摘 要:随着全球化进程的加速,英语教育在培养跨文化交流能力方面的重要性日益凸显,然而传统单一的教学模式难以满足学生个性化发展的需求,因此探索多元化教学策略成为当前研究的重要课题本研究以英语教育中的多元化教学策略为切入点,旨在探讨如何通过灵活多样的教学方法促进学生的个性化发展研究采用混合研究方法,结合问卷调查、课堂观察和深度访谈,选取了来自不同地区和层次的150名学生及20名教师作为研究对象数据分析表明,多元化教学策略能够显著提升学生的学习兴趣、参与度和语言运用能力,尤其是在任务型教学法、项目学习法和差异化评估方式的应用中效果尤为突出此外,研究发现个性化发展与学生自主学习能力和文化意识密切相关研究结论强调,在英语教学中实施多元化策略不仅需要关注教学内容和形式的多样性,还需充分考虑学生的个体差异和学习需求本研究的创新点在于系统性地构建了多元化教学策略与个性化发展之间的关联模型,并提出了具体可行的操作建议,为英语教育改革提供了理论支持和实践参考

Diversified Teaching Strategies in English Education and Students' Individualized Development

Abstract:With the acceleration of globalization, the importance of English education in fostering intercultural communication competence has become increasingly prominent; however, traditional monolithic teaching models struggle to meet the personalized development needs of students, making the exploration of diversified teaching strategies a critical topic in current research. This study focuses on the diversified teaching strategies in English education, aiming to investigate how flexible and varied teaching methods can promote students' personalized development. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining questionnaires, classroom observations, and in-depth interviews, with 150 students and 20 teachers from different regions and educational levels selected as participants. Data analysis revealed that diversified teaching strategies significantly enhance students' learning interest, participation, and language application abilities, particularly through the implementation of task-based language teaching, project-based learning, and differentiated assessment approaches. Moreover, the study found that personalized development is closely related to students' autonomous learning capabilities and cultural awareness. The conclusion emphasizes that implementing diversified strategies in English teaching requires not only attention to the diversity of content and forms but also full consideration of individual differences and learning needs among students. The innovation of this study lies in systematically constructing an association model between diversified teaching strategies and personalized development, along with proposing concrete and feasible operational recommendations, thereby providing theoretical support and practical references for English education reform.
